<p>Me, snoring&#8230; inconceivable! Who can trust such accounts of one&#8217;s own snoring&#8230; they were half-awake, delirious!</p>
<p>Today, I was going through some of my old audio recordings. One of them was 20 minutes long&#8230; I fell asleep during the recording!</p>

<p>I snore.</p>
<p>Stage 1 of sleep, ~16 breaths per minute (3m in):<br />
Stage 2 of sleep, ~15 breaths per minute (13m in): </p>
<p>It sounds as if I left the window open sleeping through a cop car siren, an argument, and some cars blasting fat beats.</p>
<p>My recording device ran out of battery before stages 3, 4, and REM sleep. Unfortunate&#8230;</p>
